01. Our promise
We stand behind our service. If we cannot deliver what you ordered for a reason within our control, you get a full refund of our service fees. No fine print, no runaround.
02. Eligible for full refund
You are eligible for a full refund of our service fees in the following cases:
— We are unable to register your company in the chosen jurisdiction.
— We are unable to complete a service we have explicitly committed to (e.g. EIN application that we acknowledged was approvable).
— You request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, before any work has begun on your file.
03. Partial refund
When work has already started, we may offer a partial refund based on what has been completed. For example, if your company has been registered but the bank account portion has not started, you would be refunded for the bank account portion only.
04. Non-refundable items
The following items are non-refundable, regardless of outcome:
— Government fees (state filing fees, registry fees, BR fees, etc.) — these are paid directly to the relevant authority.
— Third-party fees already remitted (e.g. bank account opening fees, Apostille fees, courier fees).
— Recurring services (registered agent, address service, compliance package) for the period already provided.
— Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase if we have already substantially performed the service.
05. Bank and Stripe rejections
Banks and payment processors have their own underwriting criteria, which we cannot control or predict with certainty. If your application is rejected for reasons specific to your business profile (industry, history, country of residence, etc.) and we have submitted a properly-prepared application, our service fee for that submission is not refundable.
However, we will work with you to apply with alternative banks/processors at no additional service fee until you are approved or you decide not to continue.
06. How to request a refund
Email refunds@bizeformations.com from the email address on file. Include your order number and the reason for your request. We respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method.
07. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank — most issues can be resolved directly and faster. Improper chargebacks may result in account suspension and the costs being passed on to you.
